This video chat runs automatically via the Belfius Connect app, so you will need to install it separately on your smartphone. Belfius Connect (Mon-Fri 10 a.m. 6 p.m.) allows you to have a face-to-face video chat with a Belfius expert who will answer your specific questions. This app is free. So is the video chat, provided you use a secured Wi-Fi connection. Make sure, though, nobody listens in when you are discussing banking business.
